This was one of several new Carl’s Jr restaurants that Retail Focus worked alongside Forsgren NZ Ltd to develop. Retail Focus had total project management capabilities for this project, which included assisting with site procurement and negotiations, procurement and installation of internal operating equipment, operational management responsibilities, as well as the full build and interior fitout.
The restaurant at Lincoln Rd Henderson as shown below, created a new world record for opening week sales amongst the CKE Group, the group, has a total of 3,263 franchised or company-operated restaurants in 42 states and in 25 countries, the record was held in Texas up to this opening.
As a new entrant into the New Zealand market, we needed to form a team that would enable us to make an impact. Together with retail focus, we were able to open two very successful Carl’s Jr. restaurants, and will be opening more in the next year.
